- your full name
- pronouns
- budget
- to make my tattoos as accessible as possible, we can work together to get you a tattoo that works for your budget while still valuing my time.
- preferred month, day of the week, and time of day (early afternoon, mid afternoon, evening). I tattoo mondays and fridays, and can do other days of the week on a case by case basis.
- if you are traveling to NYC, please include whatever specific dates you will be here
- what type of tattoo would you like to book for (flash or custom)?
- if flash, please include a picture of the design you’re interested in, and your preferred size (in inches) and placement. I’m open to making slight modifications.
- if custom, please include a detailed description of your idea including size and placement, with 3-5 reference or inspiration images. I love doing freehand pieces, please let me know if you’d like to do a freehand design on the day of!
